Ari Shavit (born 1957) is an Israeli reporter and writer. He is a Senior Correspondent at the left-of-center Israeli newspaper Haaretz and the author of the 2013 New York Times Best Seller My Promised Land: The Triumph and Tragedy of Israel.He received Anisfield-Wolf Book Award in 2014.
