Steven Lloyd Salzberg (born 1960) is an American Computational Biologist and Computer Scientist who is a Bloomberg Distinguished Professor of Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, and Biostatistics at Johns Hopkins University. He is a member of the Institute of Genetic Medicine at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, where he is also Director of the Center for Computational Biology.He received Benjamin Franklin Award in 2013.
