About Institution

Mr. Brijesh Patel, a prominent member of the Indian cricket team in the 1970s, founded the Brijesh Patel Cricket Academy to nurture talent in India.
Mr. Patel is a successful cricket official and coach, having served in positions such as:
Chairman of the National Selection Committee
Director of the National Cricket Academy (set up by the BCCI), and
Secretary of the Karnataka State Cricket Association

He is ably assisted by Rajesh Kamath and Sanath Kumar, who are certified Level 3 coaches and have coached 1st Class, Ranji and IPL Teams.
The Academy also sees visiting International coaches, players and teams.
BPCA currently operates 4 days a week, with plans underway to move to a 7 day week. The Summer Camp is normally held post school examinations in the month of April to May. The Annual Academy will host 3 sessions with a number of elite cricketers also using facilities to practice specifics. BPCA also provides coaching under flood lights for batches starting 7 PM. And provide school coaching programs at their specific sites or optionally at our facility
