A British education fair to be held in India, including Kerala, later in the year would see participation of 50 U.K. universities. This year, the British Council was awarding its largest ever number of scholarships for Indians to study in the U.K. As many as 500 scholarships were on offer.

The fair starts from November. British Council has launched an exchange programme for UK students to study in India which will develop a good relationship between India and UK. This will enable those students to learn about Indian culture.
