Padmasri Dr. B.V.Raju Institute of Computer Education is located in a rich green arens of Kovvada village near Bhimavaram, in West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh state. Being established in 1999 by the Cement Legend and renowned philanthrosist Padmabhushan Dr B V Raju, the college stands for its very rich purpose of spreading conventioanl education through professional flavour. The societal commitment of the Present chairman Sri K V Vishnu Raju and his dedicated team of management has become the backbone of the college that ushers the objectives of the institution to achieve the branded status.

Though the college is in the rural backdrop,the systems and processes fuelled by dedicated faculty and their rich committment towards profession. Through its programmes the college has buit a confidence in the local public that the students are exposed to global facilitites as well as human relations and ethical values.
