About Institution

Guntur is a district in the coastal area of Andhra Pradesh, where the seed of residential set-up in private sector was first sown. In 1970s and 80s as students from all parts of the state flooded the town, the residential schools and colleges boomed. To set up at such circumstances, a similar one for the rural background students with the aim to provide good quality modern education and to keep it abreast of them was a stupendous task carried out by the Principals and Staff of the Vidyalaya. As a result, the Vidyalaya came into existence in 1987-88.
