Pune-based Global Academy of Automotive Retail Excellence (GAARE) is offering 100% job guarantee diploma course which is of six months duration for Vidarbha graduates. Addressing a press meet, chairman Atul Bapat, who earlier worked with Mercedes Benz, informed that the admissions for its first batch would open from June 11 and those would be made through online entrance test followed by personal interview.

"The fees would be Rs1.20 lakh but students would be offered 100% loan from the bank. First four months of advance diploma in automotive retail sales programme would be theory based while students would be provided on job training in sales. We're looking for the graduates in Vidarbha which has got good potential," he said.

The institute is operating from a complex where it had set up state-of-the-art facilities with prototypes of all car models. Apart from Bapat, two big dealers were also partners in this venture having their car dealerships across the country.

"It's the only course in the country, which is focused on bridging the gap of trained manpower prevailing in the automobile sector. Today, this Industry needs skilled people who are job ready and well trained. Through this innovative course, we want to offer ready-made skilful manpower," said Bapat.
