The highest internship offer worth Rs.4 lakh has been received by one of the premier commerce and economic institutes for women in India and well-known colleges of the Delhi university - Lady Shri Ram College for Women (LSR). 

Four diligent girls namely Aditi Mishra (BCom), Deboleena Dutta (Economics), Prerna Grover (Statistics) and Ayushi Seth (Journalism) from the college have bagged this offer in a Brazilian company, Embraco. Arup Majumdar, director(Asia Pacific region) of Embraco said that this was the first time that we hired interns from India and they look forward to such collaborations. 

Over 112 students have been recruited this year, whereas last year the college witnessed an offer of Rs 29 lakh package from a management consulting company, Parthenon-EY. About 97 other girls received advanced internships and 300 scholars of the sociable group have previously completed internships with companies like Ernst and Young, JSW, KPMG, Hannover Re, etc.

The placement number of the college asked much reputed strong as strong as start-ups to choose the interns. The cell has directed to take in a diverse list of recruiters to the university in the past.
