Raja Chandra Vijay Singh (Former MLA and Member of Parliament) named after his grandmother Rani Pritam Kunwar of Sahaspur – Bilari who was the widow of The Raja Of Sahaspur Bilari and granddaughter of Raja Sir Khem Singh Of Kallar KCIE a direct descendent Of Guru Nanak . Her Grandfather was a pioneer in education, having set up over 50 schools in Rawalpindi – Before 1905.Her Grandfather-in-law, The Raja of of Sahaspur – Bilari was instrumental in setting up the MAO College on 7th February 1877 with Sir Syed Ahmad Khan. This grew to become the Aligarh University. He was also Instrumental in setting up a Leprosy Asylum in Moradabad as also its Zenana District Hospital.
