It is true that an ideal teacher is the one who inspires, motivates and guides students in true direction, so that there is a need of an institution which can provide such environment for making ideal teachers.
Rawat Educational Group has already expanded its branches in the form of one more branch that is Rawat Mahila B.Ed College, started in 2006 affiliated to University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and recognized by N.C.T.E.
It is the institution where special emphasis is given on overall personality grooming of pupil teachers. Here values, tradition, culture and ethics are nurtured among students so that they can guide our future makers for making progressive country.
In 2006, Rawat Mahila B.Ed College started with 100 seats and in 2008 it has been given an additional intake of 100 seats on B.Ed which would be helpful in capturing the future demand of teachers. 200 seats are available for BSTC Course.
The Rawat Mahila B.Ed College provides all facilities to the pupil teachers. It gives emphasis on practical and multi- dimensional education. The teaching is imparted both in English as well as in Hindi. As a part of professional training pupil teachers are associated with school itself so that they face practical situation and get more and more food for thought and action.
With the expansion of technology and science in all fields it is the need of the hour to technically equip our present as well as tomorrow's teachers so that the educational field becomes balanced, updated and strengthened to face and accept any new changes and progress. To meet this demand the professional course of teacher preparation for the secondary level lays stress on all aspects of teacher's education. To prepare competent teachers of India, proficiency in three major components of education is needed i.e Theoretical Orientation , School experience and Practical work. For the cognitive development of the pupil teacher & to formulate his/her own authentic responses to reality, to develop a better understanding of the interests, needs & abilities of learners some core subjects such as philosophy, social perspectives, psychology are taught relating to the present educational & Indian context.
