Seth Sushil Kumar Bihani S.D. Shiksha Mahavidyalya, Sri Ganganagar was
established by well known young & dynamic President Mr. Jaideep Bihani in Aug. 2005, to provide carrer oriented professional education B.Ed & B.S.T.C. to Students of Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana & Punjab.The Institute at present in affiliated from the Maharaja Ganga Singh University Bikaner, (Raj.). It is recognized by National Council of Teacher Education (letter no. FNRC/NCTE/F3/RJ-291/8818-8827 dated 16 Aug. 2005) The committee of management with its resources & infrastructure provided is determined to extend this teacher training programme with the start of elementary Teachers Training (S.T.C.). In this regard the management of the Seth Sushil Kumar Bihani S. D. Shiksha Mahavidyalya promises to follow the rules & regulation of the National Council of Teacher Education. Seth S.K. Bihani S.D. Shiksha Mahavidyalya submitted an application to the Northen Regional Committee of NCTE for permission to of S.T.C. course in terms of 15(1) of NCTE Act 1993. The Regional Committee here by grant permission to Seth S.K. Bihani S.D. Shiksha mahavidyalya, S.T.C. (letter no. FNRC/NCTE/F7/RJ-915/2007/35339 dated 2 Jan 2008) for annual in take of 50 seats (50 seats in the Ist year and the same for the IInd year).
In S.T.C. course of two year duration with effect from the session 2008-09. The mahavidyalya signifies Righteousness’ integrity and enlightenment which the institute aims at developing among its students & staff. The Institute believes that the quality of human resource is determined by the quality of education, the knowledge, attitudes, values and practical experiences provided to children and youth through, informal education. It is also an established fact that the quality of teachers their commitment and motivation for the teaching profession important factor which influences the quality of education therefore, the training of teachers becomes and important component in improving the quality of teaching in schools. Of all the factors which determine the quality of education and its contribution to national development, teacher is undoubtedly the most important. It is on his personal qualities and character, his education all qualification and competence that the success of all educational endeavors’ must ultimately depend. Seth S.K. Bihani S.D. Shiksha Mahavidyalya endeavors to provide modern facilities for curriculum and co-curriculum programme to materialize this sacred mission.
