The highly specialized field of Engineering education is an area that provides unlimited opportunities for talented aspirants to shape their own future and the nation¡¯s as well. With this background and industrial scenario, Sri Shetty Sangappa Memorial Trust Gulbarga established SHETTY INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY at Gulbarga during the academic year 2011-2012.

SRI SHETTY SANGAPPA MEMORIAL TRUST was established during the year 2000. The Trust has dedicated itself to the cause of providing Quality education from the levels of Pre-School, Primary School, High School, & Professional Education. etc.,

The trust has obtained recognition and Affiliations from the Govt., of Karnataka, Directorate of Technical Education & AICTE etc., for its institutions. The Institutions under the Trust believe in rich empowerment through Education and service to the fellowmen. By doing the above the trust endeavors in strengthening the students sense of DISCIPLINE, DEDICATION AND DEXTERITY.
