LAW COLLEGE was established in the Name of BIHAR KESARI, Sri Krishna Singh popular in the name of Sri Babu (1887-1961) Was 1st Minister of Bihar along with the nationalists Dr. Rajendra Prasad and Dr. Anugrah Narain Sinha, he is regarded among the Architects of Modern Bihar.Sri Babu was chief Minister of Bihar from the time of the First Congress Ministery in 1937 until his death in 1961.
