About Institution

In June 2000, St. Francis School entered the fray of academics by becoming a beacon of hope to the people of Jamnagar.

From a fledgling it has catapulted into a well established educational center imparting holistic development to students by harnessing talents, encouraging curiosity and developing a student centric approach to learning. During the last few years we have grown from strength to strength and our students have brought us laurels in the fields of academics and sports at various levels.

St. Francis School is committed to provide the students at every level, an academic environment in which they can learn and grow to their potential, while developing a love of learning.
To this end, we focus our educational program on the development of sound basic skills, the use of learning experiences which develop a positive self-concept within students and the provision of educational activities and experiences which allow each student to achieve academic excellence to the best of one's ability.
There is opportunity for instruction on an individual basis, in small groups and in larger groups. A wide variety of curricular materials is employed to meet the needs of individual students. We, the management of St. Francis School Jamnagar, inspired by the message of Jesus Christ, and in collaboration with our staff, parents and well-wishers, are called to impart quality education to our students, by inculcating in them human values of universal love and enabling them to grow, in an atmosphere of peaceful co-existence, into totally integrated human persons groomed to become instruments of Social Transformation.

Mission

The aim of all education is the formation of the human person for the fulfillment of his/her individual and social responsibilities. Catholic education further aims at one’s growth into personhood according to the mature measure of Jesus Christ. Conscious of these aims of human and Catholic educations, we shall give an excellent and all-round formation to the students in our school and take special efforts to co-ordinate our educational activities with the aims and objectives of the nation so that our students may grow up as responsible citizens fully involved in the task of nation building.
