The logo depicts the serene surroundings of Vikrama Simhapuri, which is located on the holy banks of river Pinakini (Pennar) adjoining Sri Ranganadha swamy Temple towards the South. The image of the temple embedded in the logo signifies the broader concept of an educational institution as a temple of learning as aptly remarked by Sri Rajaji. The Gopuram of the temple overlooking the sky symbolizes the aspirations to reach the soaring heights of knowledge, which are infinite. The pristine waters of the river represent the sanctity around the temple of learning. Just as the river Pinakini originating from the Nandi durgam hills of Karnataka flowing along the plains becomes a confluence of several tributaries embracing the small waters, so also the temple of learning is a confluence of learners from different socio-religious and cultural backgrounds.
