Educational Testing Service (ETS) will award $ 70,000 in TOEFL scholarships for Indian students who have proven their academic excellence. ETS will give out 10 scholarships of $7,000 to students to help with their higher education at any of the 9,000 and odd institutions around the world that accept TOEFL scores.
For students to be eligible for the scholarship, they must begin undergraduate or graduate study between August 2014 and December 2015 at a university or college listed in the TOEFL Destinations Directory.
Students also should hold a grade-point average of 80 or higher on a 100-point scale or a 3.0 grade-point average or higher on a 4-point scale.
